Actually, "Haunted Hill" in Bartlesville goes by "Gravity Hill" when you talk to locals. I grew up there, and thats what I all ways heard it called. There is also a bridge and a cement factory in the area that a lot of people, even people wildly disconnected from each other and strangers to the area, have reported hauntings at. Weird place, Bartlesville.

Another note for you: The original Steak and Shake on 13th Street in Gainesville where the murders occurred was bulldozed to the ground and another one was built in its place. Not sure if the new one is haunted as well.
Time is cutting short, and this design has gotten some positive reactions. It was a quick sketch I came up with one late night. I've gotten a reply from one local place on screen printing. Still more than twice as much as a place I found on the internet. Price won't be the only factor though. I've found lots of information, on screen printing in the last few days. Sam's club even offers it, which was a little surprising.
There is still some time left, everything will be sorted out when the time comes. I still welcome input on this. The more options the better the choice.

Last August (2006) I was taking a ferry from Edmonds Washington across the Puget Sound to Kingston to visit some friends on the Kitsap Peninsula. I took some photos along the way.
This March, I was going over them, they were pretty bland, and I was playing with Paintshop Pro trying to make them look better. I used a function called "clarify" which seems to selectively enhance low contrast area to bring out cloud detail.
I found a orb that had gone unnoticed previously because it was so close to the color and brightness of the sky. This was on a shot I took just as we were leaving the Edmonds dock and was looking north.
That was a Friday in late March this year 2007. Monday, I went down to Richmond Beach and took photos. Richmond Beach is 4-5 miles south of Edmonds. When I got back and unloaded the camera into the computer, I was processing those photos with Paintshop and did the same thing, used clarify to enhance contrast, it does a good job of bringing out cloud detail, and I spotted another orb, in not one but two photos, both of them looking northward.

A woman in Surrey BC Canada contacted me, she had been photographing very similar objects frequently. Like the ones I photographed, they are very difficult to see without contrast enhancement in the day. However, she also had an IR night mode in her camera and at night they stand out in the infrared.
The stealthiness of these leads me to wonder just how many are in our skies and going unnoticed. That's why I am trying to get the word out, hoping others will photography the clear skies, enhance the contrast and find these, and that we can get a rough estimate of their numbers and perhaps where they are located will tell us something of their motivation.

Details of Shooting Incident at Johnson Space Center
Friday afternoon, Houston Police reported that a gunman and one other person died in a shooting incident at NASA's Johnson Space Center. Police had responded to an initial report of a person with a weapon at JSC's Building 44 at about 2:40 p.m. EDT. A police spokesman provided the following details at a 6:25 p.m. EDT briefing:
A SWAT Team entered the building after hearing a gunshot inside. Police didn't detail the exact time.
They found the gunman dead with a gunshot to his head. The body of one male hostage was also found. Police believe he was shot in the chest during the early minutes of this ordeal.
One female hostage was unharmed and is being looked at by paramedics. She had been duct taped on her feet and arms.
Police say they were never able to establish communication with the gunman.The weapon was a revolver. The identity of the hostages or gunman and what, if any, relationship existed between them is unknown.
NASA Administrator Michael Griffin is on the way to the center.

One suspect, a white male, between 50-60 years old, with a handgun is barricaded in a room on the 2nd floor of Building 44.
SWAT Team, with negotiators, is on the scene. Police can't confirm whether there are any hostages. No contact has been made with the gunman.
Police have no idea on motive.
Police confirmed that two shots were fired and can't confirm whether any individuals have been shot.
Police are working with NASA security to secure the perimeter.
Armored vehicles and ambulances are on the scene as a precaution.

Initial communication (email and phone calls) to employees advised them to shelter in place. A second email went out to tell them they could go home at their normal quitting time or if they desired to do so.
Our senior leadership will look at this incident to see if anything could have been done differently.
The space center has been evacuated. Houston police have sent a swat team to the center. The call went in about 3 hours ago. The gunman has barricaded himself in an area that houses a communication system. I wonder if he is following in the footsteps of Gary McKinnon, in a more extreme way. Perhaps to talk to aliens. I'm actually not kidding.
I mean why not, why else would someone do something to that degree? That or it's something like the Astronaut stalker.
Update: Building 44, the gunman has a hand gun, he is between 50 and 60 years old and the police confirmed there were 2 shots fired.
I contacted a local company here in Roswell, about getting some screen printing done for the site. Well, they never did. So now I'm turning to the internet, and probably a better deal. I'm sure some of you out there can help me. I do know of cafe press, but they are so expensive for everyone involved.
Alright so here is the deal, I'm looking to get some T-shirts promoting the website, they can be something simple. At this time I have no design, I have some ideas. The first batch will most likely be given away locally, so funds are limited as there is no return of investment on this run. So I will probably want to buy some quantity to save on costs.

This encounter happened 38 years ago, I discovered the report in the forums last night, around the time it was posted. I want to thank Nanook for the following report.
38 years ago, I had an ET/UFO experience that was kind of half-way between an encounter and an abduction.
School had just let out for the summer, 4th grade was gone, done, and summer vacation was here.
In the house I lived in, it was a split level house with four half-floors. I slept in the very lowest, the rest of the family had bedrooms on the highest floor.
There was a basement door that I could enter/leave without going to the main floor of the house or waking or disturbing the rest of the family.
I woke up early, about 3:30 AM and felt an urge to go for a walk. Strangely, I didn't feel the same urge to get dressed first. I threw on a jacket but left in my pajamas without shoes.
I walked four blocks to an open area next to the elementary school I went to. It was just clay covered ground, no grass or ground cover or even normal soil, just clay.
The area was about a city block square surrounded by trees on all sides except the side that faced the school so visibility from outside of the area was not good, except from the school.
By the time I got there it was just starting to get light, that is, you could just see the northeastern sky starting to show signs of light.
There was a saucer shaped craft landed in the clearing with a ramp down to the ground.
I had the strange idea that the aliens would be out exploring the surrounding woods and maybe I could figure out how to fly it, steel it, give the technology to mankind and strand the aliens where the authorities could find them.
Odd idea I know but it seemed like a good idea at the time. But as I approached the ramp an alien stuck his head out from the side.
I was frightened but he motioned me with his hand to come. I thought even though I could be harmed it was also an opportunity of a lifetime and one few people get so I went on board.
There were two of them. I've been very interested in the subject of UFOs but I've never heard of anyone encountering beings quite like these. They were short, like the grays we commonly hear of, but their skin was what I'd call computer beige, not unlike the border to the left of this text entry box as I type this or like the bezel on this Viewsonic monitor.
They had slightly disproportionately large heads but not huge. Their eyes looked over sized but had a human like eye structure, that is they had whites, an iris, a pupil. They had small nose, mouth, and ears. Actually I have a poor memory of the ears, seems like there was not a lot of structure past a hole and they were kind of low set.
They wore a one piece jump suit that appeared to be a very tightly woven metallic fiber fabric. It had a strange green iridescent sheen like the back of some beetles.
What impressed me most was the total starkness of the interior, no furniture to speak of, only one large circular room about 25 feet in diameter.
The ramp actually came up about two feet above the inside floor level and another smaller ramp went down to the floor.
The door/ramp was never closed while I was in there, we didn't leave th ground, so I don't know how it folded up or whatever it did.
There were no other rooms, this one room took up the entire inside volume of the craft.
There was no food or water storage, restroom facilities, sleeping facilities, or even a chair to sit in.
From this I gathered either this craft must go very long distances essentially instantly or it is only a shuttle and meets up with a more equipped mothership.
There was a glass tube around the inside circumference of the craft about a foot off the floor and about a foot from the inside wall that appeared to be filled with mercury. It was a complete ring around the inside circumference without a break anywhere. It had a minor diameter of about four inches.
Just to the right of the ramp (looking outwards), there were two copper enameled wire coils around the tube, about 16 gauge wire, separated by a material that looked like a phenolic spacer, like old 50's vintage table radio cases, with a similar spacer on the outer edge of both coils.
The coils attached to something resembling an overgrown car battery. It had three cells instead of six and the intercell connectors were external.
There were no obvious control mechanisms anywhere on the craft, nor were there any switches or other visible circuitry between the coils and the device that looked like a lead acid battery.
I had the distinct feeling that I was there to see this technology, that it had been simplified as much as possible and implemented with familiar materials for me to be able to understand.
I do not, after 38 years, understand the principal of it but I believe it has something to do with opposing magnetic fields, diamagnetism, and mass, time, and gravity.
There are two things I really want to understand, the physics of the technology that allows them to get here, and the motivation for coming here, what they want to do here.
After this I found myself back in my bed, and my first thought was whoa that was a heavy dream.. But then I realized my pajama legs were wet and I looked and they had clay on them. Now near my house there was no exposed clay, there was thick topsoil, and that clearing was the only place I knew of in the area with exposed clay.
Oddly, even though my pajama bottoms had clay on them my feet were clean.
I say this was kind of half-way between an encounter and an abduction because I wasn't physically forcibly brought to the craft, I was awake during the encounter initially. But it has abduction qualities in that I was compelled to do something I normally wouldn't, go for a walk without getting dressed first, and after seeing this device, I then lost consciousness and did not get back under my own volition.
In 38 years since I have not had a sighting but in the last year I have photographed UFOs inadvertently twice (didn't notice until afterwards) but they were an orb-like UFO not the saucer shaped craft.
Nothing about my experience really seems typical of what I've read about on the net but I am interested in hearing from others who have had similar experiences or might have some insight to offer.

I have yet to see this picture as a structure, but I also posted it almost as soon as I got it, since it's apparently highly sought after.

Daniel Tammet first came to worldwide attention in March 2004 on international Pi Day (3/14, of course) when he recited, from memory, Pi to 22,514 decimal places. It took over five hours and set a new European record. The event, which Daniel named "Pi in the Sky", coincided with Einstein's birthday and took place in front of Einstein's blackboard at the Museum of the History of Science in Oxford, England. Daniel used that event to raise funds for the National Society for Epilepsy because it was after a series of childhood seizures that his extraordinary number and memory abilities began, aligning him with that rare circumstance of the 'acquired savant' in which such exceptional skills surface following some CNS injury or disease. He is proud of the monies raised on behalf of this organization, and certainly gave this worthy cause a good deal of visibility.
In addition to number and massive memory skills, Daniel has exceptional language skills as well. He speaks French, German, Spanish, Lithuanian, Esperanto and Icelandic. He learned the difficult Icelandic language in seven days which was carefully documented in the one hour film about Daniel titled The Boy with the incredible Brain.

When I see even a hint of this type of content on television they are making it a butt of their jokes. It doesn't deserve to be treated like that. Things are happening to real people like you and I every day. Do you want some clown on television making fun of you? When it was something serious and real that happened to you? Well neither do I. So let's show the media, that we don't need to them to get our stories and voices heard.

I worked at the Lost Sea. It is haunted. No doubt about it... but who haunts it isn't clear. I have even heard people say it is Cheif Craighead who once had Cherokee ceremonies held in the cave. They say he is pissed at what they have done to the cave (ruin it for profit). I have had to work in the cave for hours straight, without coming up but once a day for a lunch break. I'm not a "hear something and scream and run" kinda person. Matter of fact, I stay extremely calm and go to so-said haunted locations often.
I have no problem with the dark or being underground. I tell you this because I have been in that cave, down on the lake, and felt like someone wasn't just in the room with me, but right on top of me. You can hear voices (and, no, there weren't tours near - 8 months out of the year the Lost Sea business is very, very slow... sometimes only 2 tours a day)... they sounded to me like only adult men talking. I often couldn't take it and would walk back up (quickly) half way out of the cave to where the soldiers worked and would feel a bit better there.
I wasn't allowed to be out of the cave (I was supposed to be watching the boats and driving them for tours). You also can hear foot steps as you round the bend that leads down to the lake (before the waterfall)... but that may be your imagination, I admit.
I know this, there were times that I could go down into the cave along and be fine, actually very content and comfortable... but there were times where I could walk through with a tour of people even and want to just keep moving.
Never heard about he jaguars tail until this site, though. Seems more likely to be the moonshiners from the speak-easy... especially if these "brushes" were on the buttocks or waists of women. Just thinking out loud on that one.
I have also been to Mile Marker 10 in Crossville... it works. Every time. And nearly every time, a semi passes. I actually just most recently did this a couple days ago (thus the renewed excitement in researching it and finding this site). The mile marker is between two hills, you stop completely, put your car in neutral, and let off the break... you will get pushed east bound. You can even do it in reverse, it works either way. Always get pushed up the hill going east. You actually go fast too... we have clocked it at 15-18 mph by the time you start to peak the hill. We haven't tried the baby powder on the car, we never seem to remember it... we kinda just go when we are near Crossville late at night/morning so we don't disturb local traffic.

The Don Cesar haunting is very well known. I was told that the builder owned the hotel until his death. During life he lived on the top floor of the hotel. Actually he designed the hotel to look like the London Opera house. The unrequited love of his life was a Soprano in London and he built the large and beautiful hotel on the Gulf of Mexico hoping that one day she would accept his proposal and come live with him. She never did. After his death there were many reports of him visiting guests in the dining room (which he often did in Life) and walking the beach. One of the Managers finally had to ask his ghost to vacate the upper floors. One TV program recently reported that people have seen his ghost walking with a woman in period dress along the beach hand in hand. It's a love story!! awe sweet man.
I noticed that there was some traffic coming in from the Unknown Country website. So I went to the forum and noticed they had a discussion about the time traveler story. I thought "cool". So I decided to sign up for their forums, entered true and correct information that they asked for, was giving a message about them checking it out or something or other. Well now the account doesn't even seem to exist, no email asking me to verify that I am real or to tell me why they rejected me.
I'm not sure why they don't want me to be a member of their website. I don't understand why they wouldn't want me. But now I don't care, if they don't want me they don't deserve me. I do want to thank the people discussing this website, and welcome anyone to join in discussion here.

This is my story.
It all happened on the afternoon the 30th of August. It was a beutiful day and I was on my way home from a job in Färjestaden. When I got home, I found water on the kitchen floor. Somehow there was a leak. I got my tools and opened up the doors to the sink. And started to work.
When I reached in to examine the pipes, they seemed to be futher in than I remembered. I had to crawl inside the cabinet, and as I did so, I discovered that it just continued. So I kept on crawling further and further into the cabinet. In the end of the tunnel I saw a light, and when I got there, I realized I was in the future. I meet myself as 72 years old, the year was 2042. I did a lot of tests on him to see if he was really me. And the strange thing is that he knew everything about me. Where I hid my secret stuff when I was in first grade, and what the score was in the soccer match against Växjö Norra in the summer of -88. He knew it all.
We even had the same tatoo, although he's was a litte faded. He told me some of the stuff that will happen, but not so much. And I promised not to tell anyone. I made a film with my mobile phone. Unfortunately the quality is not the best. But it´s what I have got. Actually I dont´care if people thinks I am a lier. I know I'm not. I met myself in the future, and I was fine. That's all I know.
