I, as well did the Stoco High trip. Nothing too eerie, but in a room in which we heard strange sounds, an orb appeared on my camera (upon review after we left). It doesn't appear to be a run-of-the mill dust orb; it seems to have a screaming face to it. (Of course, this -could- just be matrixing, but...I still have the pictures.)

Message: The information on Jamul is so far off. The Haven was never a bakery. No one was ever killed there. Unfortunately a "visitor" (also known as trespasser) was killed early one morning a few weeks ago running across Hwy 94 by an innocent motorist, destroying both family's lives forever. There are NO train tracks in Jamul, thus NO children were ever killed trapped in a school bus. The cries of the restless souls coming from the Jamul Indian Village are from the true Indians that lay in rest there, disappointed that the current Jamul Indian Village hardly true blooded Indians have sold their souls to casino interests!

Everyone should go to that cemetery and console those souls!

The history of Halloween has its origins in Celtic Ireland, though the word 'Halloween' itself comes from the Catholic Church. The word 'Halloween' was actually formed from 'All Hallow's Eve', which is the day before 'All Saint's Day' (Catholic day of recognition for the saints) on November 1st. Over the years, 'All Hallow's Eve' was contracted and shortened to 'Halloween'.

However, during the 5th century BC in Celtic Ireland, this same day, October 31st, was the time when summer officially ended and was celebrated as the Celtic New Year. The legend that accompanied the celebration on this day said that the disembodied spirits of all those who had died throughout the year came back looking for living bodies to posses for the next year. The belief of the Celts was that laws of space and time were suspended during this time, allowing the spirit world to merge with the living world.

On Halloween night, to discourage the spirits from visiting their homes, the people would put out the fires in their homes to make them cold and undesirable. Also, the tradition was to dress in ghoulish costumes and parade around the village making noise in hopes of frightening the spirits away that were still searching for bodies to possess.

As lots of different people from different cultures began to emigrate to the United States in the 1800s, the holidays and traditions were merged, creating what we know as modern day Halloween. Throughout history, Halloween has been known as by other names as well, some of which include 'Hell Night' or 'Devil's Night'. Different areas all have different customs and traditions surrounding the holiday.

One of the traditions that has remained steadfast throughout Halloween's history is the dressing up and wearing of costumes, though today, this is done more out of fun than to discourage spirits. Other customs that have grown out of the holiday include trick-or-treating, parades, and festivals.

Over the years, Halloween has been transformed into more of a family event. Today, most enjoy the night as a time to fellowship with neighbors and to have fun by trick-or-treating or attending parties.

If you are hosting a party this year for Halloween, why not try something a little different and host a vampire party? A gathering of the vampires can make for a fun and interesting party that is discussed for weeks afterward.

If you decide that you should host a Halloween vampire party, ask your guests to participate with the theme and dress as vampires, vampire victims, or bats. To set the atmosphere for your party, drape your windows and doors with dark or black cloth or curtains. Decorate your room in a vampire theme. You can place a coffin in the corner of the room, hang bats from the ceiling, and place spider webs in the corners of the room. You can create a coffin out of several cardboard boxes taped together.

Continue your vampire theme with the refreshments that you serve at your Halloween party. A great recipe for vampire punch calls for 1 chilled 25.4-ounce bottle of sparkling cider, 1 chilled quart bottle of cranberry juice cocktail, 1 chilled 1-liter bottle of seltzer water and an optional cup of dark rum. To make the spice syrup for the punch, you will need 2 cinnamon sticks, 5 whole cloves, 3 tablespoons chopped, peeled ginger, 1/3 cup water and 1/3 cup sugar.

In order to make the spice syrup, bring the syrup ingredients to a boil in a small sauce pan. Stir until the sugar is dissolved and then simmer the mixture for 5 minutes. Allow the syrup to cool. Combine the punch ingredients in a punch bowl. Strain the syrup through a sieve into the punch. Stir and add ice. To add interest to your vampire punch, use Halloween decorative ice shapes.

For some great vampire party themed food, you can do a search online for recipes. There are literally thousands of Halloween recipes that will work well for your vampire party.

For entertainment at your Halloween vampire party, allow the guests to all sit around candles and share their stories about how they became vampires. Everyone can vote for the best story and the winner receives a prize. For more Halloween games and entertainment, once again, the Internet is your friend. Be sure to have lots of appropriate theme music on hand for party.

Use your imagination to add more of your own special details and your Halloween vampire party is sure to be a hit with everyone in attendance.

Halloween is the one of the times during the year where your creativity is really allowed to shine through, and if you are hosting a party, the creativity does not necessarily stop at the costumes and decorations. Your choice of Halloween party food at your gathering can express your aptitude for artistry also.

There are literally hundreds of recipes for Halloween snacks your guests will absolutely love and that will help make your celebration a festive and memorable occasion. You could always serve the normal finger foods that are the staple of most gatherings - chips and dip, wings, punch, etc. - but if you are trying to create a one of a kind experience for your guests, then you will need to be a bit more innovative in your approach.

Halloween party food can range from simplistic to sophisticated depending on the type of party that you are hosting. However, since Halloween tends to be a fun holiday where adults are actually allowed to play dress up and get in touch with the inner child, most of the 'grub' you provide for your guests should probably be on the simple side.

Instead of your typical party punch, you may be interested in serving Ghoul's Punch with frozen hands. The frozen hands are used to keep the punch cold instead of ice. A simple recipe for Ghoul's Punch would require 6 cups of unsweetened pineapple juice - chilled, 3 cups of cold water, a 6 ounce can of frozen lemonade concentrate, 4 blood orange slices, and the frozen hands.

The frozen hands are made by simply pouring cranberry juice cocktail into clear plastic gloves. Be sure not to overfill the gloves - the fingers should move easily. Seal the gloves tightly with rubber bands and place on a cookie sheet lined with paper towels. Freeze until firm. When they are ready, use a pair of scissors to trim the gloves of the hands and add them to your punch. This is a simple recipe that adds interest to ordinary punch.

If you need more ideas for Halloween party foods, there are numerous ideas and recipes available online. You may also want to visit your local library and check out a few party books for even more ideas.

Halloween night is a special time for many, and since you would not want this fun occasion to be ruined by a preventable mishap, it is important to keep safety in mind when getting ready for the holiday. So here are a few tips to help keep your Halloween night safe and fun.

Costumes

When you are considering costumes for your kids, you want to be sure that they are fun as well as safe for the wearers. Since many costumes for Halloween night tend to be dark, and therefore, rather difficult to see in the night, be sure that your child's costumes has reflective strips. Also, if your child is wearing a mask, make certain that he/she has unobstructed view through the eye holes.

Trick-or-Treating

Be sure to provide your kids with a sturdy bag for their treats. A good idea is to allow your children to visit the homes of neighbors and friends that you trust for trick-or-treating. However, if your child does visit homes of those you do not know for trick-or-treating, be sure that you do not allow them to eat any candy that you have not checked. Also, you should not allow them to consume all of their Halloween night goodies in one evening.

Parties

For the older set and adults alike, Halloween night parties are a time honored tradition. If you are allowing your teenagers to attend gatherings with their friends, be sure to review the rules for safety in advance. Let them know what behavior is acceptable and what is not and that they can ALWAYS call you if there is a problem, no matter what it is.

Keeping these tips in mind should help both you and your kids enjoy all of the festivities on the night of Halloween. Though most of them may seem simple, remembering to keep them in mind will ensure a safe and enjoyable evening for everyone.

If you have finally given in and decided to let your child host his or her own Halloween party, it can be a task trying to figure out what activities the guests might enjoy. Here are a few Halloween games that you and your guests might enjoy...

Halloween Egg Hunt

This Halloween game takes its cue from the traditional Easter egg hunt and the concept is pretty much the same. Buy some plastic eggs and decorate them in the Halloween theme. You can fill them with candy and small treats. Then you hide the eggs and allow the kids to find them. You can even designate a unique egg that when it is found can be exchanged for a special prize.

Pass the Pumpkin

This game is perfect for Halloween parties and is similar to 'Hot Potato' or 'Musical Chairs'. Simply have all of the guests sit in a circle and continually pass small pumpkins around the circle while music plays. When the music stops, the person without a pumpkin is eliminated. You would continually take away one pumpkin after each round. The person left at the end is the winner.

Or alternately, you can have the guests pass on small pumpkin around the circle. When the music stops, the person holding the pumpkin is eliminated. The person left at the end is the winner.

Ghost Bowling

Here is another Halloween game that your guests are sure to love. You will need 3 small pumpkins, 30 empty 2-liter soda bottles, a permanent marker, white craft paint or spray paint, and pebbles for weighing down the bottles.

Paint the soda bottles white and draw mouths and eyes on the bottles after they have dried. To weigh the bottles down a bit, add approximately a cup of pebbles in the bottom of each bottle.

To play the game, divide the party guests into teams and line them up, allowing each child to take a turn at bowling for ghosts. Use the pumpkins as the bowling balls. Those who bowl a strike get another turn, and if they bowl a consecutive strike, then they are rewarded with a prize.

When it comes to choosing games for your Halloween party, just remember to be creative and allow your imagination take over. If you need help finding creative entertainment ideas for your gathering, just do a quick search on the Internet and you are sure to find something suitable.

Halloween Customs

Halloween has its origins in northern Ireland, where the Celts would perform rituals and ceremonies to pacify their gods. Most of the Halloween customs and festivities today are based on supernatural beliefs and spirits of the dead. However, most kids and adults alike view the holiday as an excuse to dress up in outrageous costumes, get free candy, and attend festivals or parties.

It is the custom that images associated with Halloween include those that you would normally associate with the supernatural, such as witches, werewolves, vampires, ghosts, warlocks, and more. Other common decorations for Halloween include symbols that signify bad omens - black cats, spiders, bats, and more.

One of the most recognized symbols and customs of Halloween is the carved pumpkin, or jack-o-lantern. The history of the jack-o-lantern has its basis in British folklore. According to the legend, the soul of an individual named Jack O'Lantern was barred from both heaven and hell and cursed to wander the earth with his lantern in search of a resting place. The jack-o-lantern has become one of the major symbols of the holiday.

Another Halloween custom that both children and adults alike delight in is the wearing of costumes. Costumes can range from the downright creepy to fun and festive. Traditional costumes associated with holiday include witches, ghosts, vampires, ghouls, and goblins. Though today, you will find more contemporary costumes - including political figures and super heroes.

One of the most well known Halloween customs is trick-or-treating. On Halloween night, children dressed in the ghoulish garb go door to door in neighborhoods soliciting candy with the greeting "Trick or Treat". In days past, trick-or-treaters would play a prank on those who failed to produce candy or who provided undesirable treats. Today, as it has become a little more dangerous, most parents accompany their children on the "trick-or-treat" rounds.

As Halloween customs are ever changing, it has become increasingly popular to skip the trick-or-treating altogether in favor of costume parties or fall festivals. Both children and adults can enjoy Halloween in a safe setting at these gatherings.

Whether you choose to participate in traditional customs of Halloween or attend a social gathering, the most important thing to remember is to be safe and to have fun.

Halloween Crafts

One of the best parts of celebrating Halloween is the all the different craft projects. Though Halloween crafts are especially fun for kids, adults can join in also. As a matter of fact, your child will enjoy the holiday even more if you show your willingness to participate in the festivities. You can even showcase your workmanship in and outside of your home.

A great Halloween craft idea that kids always love is decorating windows. For this project, you only need a few items and a dose of creativity. You will need window paints or acrylic paints - if you can find glow-in-the dark paints, that is even better. You will also need Halloween pictures, such as jack-o-lanterns, from a coloring book. Alternately, you can use a pattern book.

Next, simply tape the pictures to the outside of your windows, facing inside. Let your child use the paints to follow the outlines of the pictures and then fill them in. Once your child is done, remove the pictures from the outside of the windows. And you do not have to worry, clean up is easy, as window paints and acrylics wash off easily.

Another simple Halloween craft idea that both you and child can create together is the 'Lollipop Pumpkin'. For this project, you will only need a medium sized pumpkin, some craft paint or permanent markers, lollipops, and an ice pick or sharp object that will penetrate the pumpkin.

Let your child paint or draw on eyes, nose, and a mouth on the pumpkin. Use the ice pick to poke holes in the top of the pumpkin around the stem and place the lollipops in the holes. Replenish the lollipops as necessary.

Other great ideas for enjoying the ghoulish season include making your own costumes and baking and/or creating Halloween treats. Pumpkin bread and candied and caramel apples are always a fun treat.

Halloween crafts do not have to be difficult or messy. There are virtually unlimited ideas for crafts for the autumn and Halloween seasons. If you remember that the idea is to have fun, then you should have no problem thinking of Halloween project ideas that both you and your kids will enjoy.

It is great fun to dress up, take the kids trick-or-treating, and attend the numerous parties on Halloween. And if you are like most, you will want to wear a costume that gets noticed. So to make your costume stand out even more, a great addition to your outfit would be a set of Halloween contact lens. These lenses are available in a wide array of styles that range from fun to sporty to downright scary. No matter what costume you are planning to wear for the holiday, there is a set of contact lenses designed especially for Halloween that will complement your outfit.

Though many people just buy these special contact lens and wear them, it is a good idea to visit your eye doctor in advance to make certain that wearing some Halloween contact lenses is safe for you. Most of the contact lenses developed for Halloween do not require a prescription, but you should not wear them unless your eyes are healthy, and a visit to the optometrist will quickly confirm this. Also, you do not want to wear ill-fitting contact lenses that could possibly damage your eyes.

Once you are certain that there is no problem with wearing a set of contact lenses for Halloween, you can begin your search for the perfect pair. Depending on your costume, you can choose contact lens that blackout your entire eye, spiral eye contact lenses, or even contact lens that have the logo of your favorite sports team. The selection really is limitless.

Once you have decided which pair of Halloween contact lens that you want to purchase, you will need to take good care of them. You should always wash your hands before handling your lenses. Also, after removing the lenses from your eyes, be sure to rinse them with a multipurpose solution and store them in their case in fresh solution until the next time you are ready to wear them. If you are not planning to wear your contact lenses for a while, be sure to change the solution in the storage case on a weekly basis.

Purchasing a set of Halloween contact lens is a great way to dress up your costume. Choose the right pair and your outfit is sure to be a conversation piece.

Message: The true story of the Bethel Hill Church haunting is as followed. In 1967 following a football game 3 young men got into a car and was on their way home. When they passed the church the driver lost control of his car and crashed. 2 of the passengers died on impact and the driver managed to survive long enough to crawl from the wreckage to die on the church steps. Every year on the 29th of October you can see the ghost of the man's mutilated body crawling up the road and fades away on the steps of the church. This story is true and I have documentation of the accident. This is the real story so please change the story you have listed above. Thanks

Alright it looks like most everyone should be seeing the site on the new server.

That means I can now easily say, I am very glad to be away from Hosting Matters. With what I've been reading about them lately, and my own personal experiences dealing with them lately, I feel more secure about the future of the site. I have no personal experiences that justify bashing them, as some others do.

I was recently on the unfriendly end of a reply from them. When I let them know that their were some server problems that had kept my site down for an unacceptable amount of time. In a sense they lied to me about the situation, as I was in the Nagios status screen monitoring it, and what they told me didn't match. The way they handled it, and treated me, kept me from even contacting them recently when there were more server issues for days. Then that's when I came across other's reports of their dealings with the company. So I decided, rather than go through anything like they did, it was time to get a new host.

This site has been growing in size and traffic this year, so it was needed anyway. I was tired of feeling handicapped by the resources that the hosting account offered. This one offers more guaranteed resources, since it is a virtual server, rather than a shared hosting account. We're in a good data center located in Kansas City, so far everything is running smooth, and fast.

So please resume sending in your reports. Thanks!

Message: I spotted a star in the sky in broad daylight. I was parked with several friends in a secluded part of town, Wharton, n.j. : which is located next to Picatinny arsenal in n.j. I watched it for an hour or so before alerting my friends also in the car with me.

We watched it until night fall , when it started to do strange things , it shot to and throw and even seemed to follow us as I would go to town to drop of a hysterical friend ( over the UFO ) me and 2 other friends went back and watched until 3-4 am, I seen other ships shoot out of big ship and dance around it then shoot off and come back.

The last thing I remember of that night was that it passed over us and was huge metallic and triangular ,silent too. The next night I went back with 3 different friends and showed them the sight, we waited and it came back ,only this time these friends would not stay , they left in a panic. We never spoke of it again, except my first couple of friends said they remembered but, did not want to speak of it again. More to it than just this but, this is the jist of it as I remember.

Great news, I've purchased a new hosting account. A virtual server account to be more precise. It'll end up costing a little over 3 times more per month, for tremendously better stats. I suppose I'm probably the only one that really cares how much it is going to cost me.

After I've had a chance to get well rested and clear headed, I will test moving things over, and then point the domains at the new server, and we'll see what happens.

More speed, more stability, more space equals more smiling faces at the other side of the monitor.

Hosting Problems

I've noticed over the last week that the website has been having problems that revolve around the server that it is on. This is in addition to the upgrade issues, and I have my suspicions that may be why some of the upgrade issues happened. Regardless, the current hosting company doesn't seem to meet the needs of this site anymore. I have some worries about even trying another shared hosting account. Perhaps that company would overload the server the site landed on, and the same problems would arise. A dedicated server is out of question at this time as well, as it is way to pricey for the amount of resources needed to run this site.

So right now I'm shopping for a good virtual private server account to call home for the site at this time. If you know of any please contact me: ufo at myufo.com. It needs to have cpanel and whm, so I can easily move the site. I hope to have everything back to normal very soon. So if you have any problems on the site, you know what is going on. Some from the upgrade, and various things failing at various times on the server.

I'm still not sure that everything is working correctly, in fact I know that it's not all working correctly. The documentation on upgrading leaves you broke down on the side of the road, with hungry wolves licking their lips and staring right at you. Ready to tear the flesh from your wrecked mind.

It's going to be a nightmare fixing what is broken, when I'm not even sure yet where everything is broken.

Message: Recently me and two friends went to Crawford road and down the side road with a red gate and FCC (Federal communications commission) sign with a number on it. We went down and there is an abandoned radio station. Most of the doors are gone and there are gates over them, blocking people from going in.

If you go in the main entrance of the gate you can squeeze through. Me and one of my friends went into the only room you can't see in. We both told each other to be quiet at exactly the same time. There was a buzzing noise then crackling then music started to play louder and louder.

We left the building after about 20 minutes and walked across the field to an old trailer playground type thing. There was a spine of some type stuck in the ground with other bones laying around in exact position.

Right now I'm installing a test blog, using the 4.0 version. If all goes well, sometime in the middle of the night, I will be upgrading the main blog to this new version. So wish me luck, and hopefully very soon, you'll be looking at the new version.

I'm adding this post to the Haunted places in Michigan, category.

Message: My wife and I were driving home on the night of August 19th 2007. We were driving on Old Springville road toward our home. We were passing by the Summersby townhome community at approx 8:30 - 9:00 P.M.. My wife excitedly startled me and cried out "look, look". Hovering above several townhomes, one in particular, was a very large elliptical object, with the appearance of two dinner plates stacked atop the other. There appeared to be about four levels arranged in concentric rings, and there were rectangle shaped lights of varying brightness arranged around the perimeter of the craft. We were amazed, and I immediately drove into this neighborhood to get a closer look. After doing this we lost sight of the craft and it apparently had either maneuvered away, or somehow cloaked itself. I'm thinking the latter just because of the speed of its departure from our vision.

The chilling fact about this sighting is that it is the second time we've seen it hovering in the same place. It really concerns me about the family in this vicinity and their safety. I wander if they have seen it or if they are completely oblivious to it?

Message: So last night I'm looking toward the mountains and I see a crazy light pattering in the distance. There was about 5 red lights blinking vertically and other yellow lights on the sides. It was dark, but I could kind of make out that there was a mass surrounding the lights. It seemed to be moving because the tree near me kept blacking out different parts, and there was no wind. I checked back 30 minutes later and it was still at the same viewpoint. I just moved here so I thought maybe there was a building in the distance that I hadn't noticed, but when I looked in the same spot this morning there was nothing but the mountains in the distance.

When it got closer, we noticed it was a very large object that was shaped like a triangle. It had lights only underneath and it wasn't flying like a normal plane. It looked like it was going kinda slow and hovering/floating. After it went passed us, it did a very sharp+quick u-turn and headed off in the direction of the mountains and just disappeared.

All i can say is that this didn't look like anything that i have ever seen. The way it looked, the way it flew and the way it turned, were all unique.

Location: Louisville, KY (St. James Ct. and 2nd Street)

Message: My roommate and I started having strange activity in an old house that we were renting on Belgravia Ct. (Off of St. James Ct.) At first we thought it was ghost.

This activity included strange electromagnetic disturbances. Variety of light bulbs exploding from their socket.

My roommate (Mark) had awoken to seeing a being standing over his bed looking at him. I was in the other room using my computer. When he ran out of his bed room and was hyperventilating......saying something was in his room and ran up the wall and disappeared.

A few nights later, I was home alone as he had went on vacation to Florida.

That night, I went to sleep on Sunday evening; I woke up paralyzed and what seemed to "props" of part of my room was visible, however where the windows of my room should have been were missing. My dresser was there, however what set top of it was missing. The post of my four poster bed were missing and it felt as if I was lying on an exam table. I was in a white room and there was a tall lizard/snake creature on the right side of my bed, close to where the head board should have been. He was like a doctor. There were two smaller (they were like 4 feet tall) creatures that were shorter then him and they all wore capes. The two shorter ones said (in telepathy) "He's coming out of it too soon" then the immediately turned their backs to me so I could not see their faces. I started to scream "Oh, my god" like 3 times. (My screaming was in telepathy as well) The taller one I got a good at. He was demonic looking with sharp razor teeth in a round or oval mouth. His nose protruded from his face, and his skin was greyish brown leather. (He was 7 feet tall) It looked like he either had a cape on or had folded wings. This creature was horrific.........and something I will never forget..... I did not get to see his eyes; Before I could see them, he took a wand type instrument and waved it in front of my face. This object made me immediately pass out. I remember also seeing instruments that were tall (like the height of a hospital I.V. pole) that were in cabinets. It was very hold inside this white room.

When I started to wake up, I felt like I was falling from the sky, into my bedroom, There was white light orbs circulating the room. (Like pixie dust)
When I woke up, it was after 1pm. I was lying on my right side facing the right side of the room; however it was my entire left side of my body (the side with no pressure on the bed) that was totally numb. It was as if I had an Anesthesia Epidural placed to only numb the left side of my body. I could not get out of bed for about 2 hours after waking up. When I woke up, I felt sore and stiff, My privates felt as if there had been catheters placed inside and there was tiny blood spots on the sheets, A raised spot that was triangle shaped on my left arm (located in the bend area, inside) was red with small like rice pellets. My left ear was ringing and a bump was raised behind it. Another red spot was on my Right upper leg, it itched. I also had unexplainable bruises on my legs. After this incident, I had unexplained nose bleeds and a strange high pitched buzzing in my left ear. Whenever I would walk under a street light, the street lights would go out.

These strange events happened once a month, and always on Sundays. (It seemed to be a schedule) It always started as going to sleep, and feeling them coming. There would be a strange sense of a quick on-set of deeply induced sleep. Then visions of flying out my window or through walls. To see a waiting round UFO that would be hovering in the sky, with a white light going to an opening in the bottom. That would be round. In a dream state, I would see people waiting to be examined. At one point, I was in a dream state walking down 2nd Street when the UFO hovered above and took up inside. Later, I was then dropped back down into my bed with the white bright dust that circulated around the room.

When I looked at my head board on my bed, there was a fine white power, with perfect shaped round glass type beads.

My roommate says that he awakened several time to seeing being around his bed, He felt like they were only watching him; while they were doing things to me.

One time, I was inside the UFO it was not bright and white like the first time. It was darker, and grey color. The being was, not like the snake people. This being was a typical "grey" alien. except the head, seemed bigger and the height seemed bigger (around 5 feet tall) This alien was female, and a blue grey alien. She seemed kinder then the others, but, was all business. She was similar to other reported Aliens, but, was taller and bigger. She seemed to be self sufficient, and able to make decisions without a "Hive" mentality. Her eyes seemed very kind and motherly.

I asked her "In Telepathy" "Why are you so ugly?" she replied as she was still working on me.........."It is true, that I am not what your people define as beautiful, I am older not from Earth" (That was the basic jest, not sure if those were the exact words. She also said "that humans base trust and goodness based on what they consider beautiful and that just because something is not beautiful, does not mean it is bad, also do not trust aliens because they may look beautiful......(not exact wording, but, basic jest)

I then asked "What are you doing to me?" She stated "I am re-programming you"

"Why?" I asked why she was reprogramming me. she responded "Your people are destroying your planted" "You are one of the chosen one's" she replied

Then all was silent and I started to go back to sleep. This visit was strange because, I was sitting up on the edge of the exam table; and I did not feel threatened or scared, it was all "very matter of fact" The room was filled with equipment, and reminded me of a hospital type room. The next day, I had a horrible nose bleed.

That fall I moved to Florida, where I live now.

However, the strange visits still found me in Florida, about once a month. Sometimes for a couple nights in a row. These visit were with the typical Greys that seemed to lurk in the dark. They seemed to operate in a hive mentality. They once took me to an underground base or cave. The showed me a glowing orange energy orb and told me it would be a future source of our energy.

They did not allow me to ask questions or too see their faces. They then lead me to a nursery. I was with another unidentified human male. In the nursery was small alien gray babies. The Greys were once again in the dark corner of the room, watching me. They threw, (or floated) a grey alien baby at me, and I caught it. I was pissed and yelled, "How dare you throw a baby" then I looked down at the small alien baby, it was smaller then a human baby. It had black eyes, and a feeling of intense love for the baby overcame my emotions.

For 3 year all activity stopped...................all that I was aware of.

In November following the attacks of Sept. 11th. I was driving home from my job at the local Hospital in Orlando, Florida. I was turning off of Aloma Ave onto Semoran Blvd. (State Rd. 436) heading East, towards the town of Casselberry, which sits next to Winter Park, Florida. on the right side of the street, Is a water tower that sits behind a car lot. Around the Water towers was a large UFO that was cigar shaped. My first thought was terrorists were going to do something to the water supply. Slowly the UFO continued floating East and was now floating in a parking lot (above now what is LA Fitness) and it was floating above a Eckard Drug Store on the corner of Howell Branch Rd. and State RD. 436 (Semoran Blvd) I was double the size of a commercial air craft and had two wings; (But it did not look a shape of an plane) It also had two lights in the front, one red and one green. These lights flashed back and forth. The UFO was maybe 100 feet above the buildings. I started to feel sick to my stomach.....................I turned off my cars air conditioning, radio, and rolled down both windows..............I assumed that anything that big would be making engine noise...............My car at the time was a Honda Del-Sol and had a power rear window..........I also put down the rear window........Driving close to the UFO...............It made no noise at all. My brain just could not process this equation. I looked at other drivers who were in the turning lane. They too could see this object, as they had shock on their face. Some other drivers appeared not to see it. The strange thing is it seemed time was going slower then normal, almost like we were going in slow motion. The UFO changed direction then heading South.

Within the next few weeks, I saw another UFO in my neighborhood, I followed it in my car.......After which 3 black helicopters were chasing the round UFO. This UFO was round cylinder shaped and did not look like the one I saw up close. This UFO would glide for a few minutes, then appeared to dart from place to place............very quickly. I thought that there would be something in the newspaper or t.v. about this, since potentially hundreds of people could have witnessed it, But, nothing was reported.

Since this time, I have not seen any other UFO's or had any know contact or other visits from these beings. All contact seems to have stopped.

Well, that's my story.

I am a White Male, now 36 years old, Education-2years of college, Work in Healthcare Administration and I am also a Certified Medical Office Manger. Had really no opinions on UFO's or Alien Abductions; until these experiences happened.

Thanks to Leana for this haunting.

I heard that at Briar Cliff University in Sioux City, Ia that in the chapel on premises theres a staircase thats haunted by a nun who used to work here that got pregnant by a priest and couldn't live with herself and committed suicide in the chapel. Is it possible you could look into it?

Message: As I was leaving my neighborhood yesterday, I noticed something in the sky. It was moving 3-4 times faster than any plane I have seen and it was translucent. There were no lights on it. There was an outline of an object but it was not a distinct color like a plane. It is hard to explain but you know how in movies with the invisible man you can still see him because of the ripples, or special effect? The only reason why I noticed this is because of the movement. If it was still I am sure it would not been easy to see. Has there been any other reports of this? I have never seen anything like it!

Message: I noticed two lights in the sky that were very bright that were making like spotlights in the sky...there was also a light that looked as if it was located on the back end of the object, immediately it struck me as something other then a airplane...it seemed much larger then any airplane and seemed to float rather then fly, the speed of the object seemed much different then a airplane too.....it made a real different sound then an airplane...like a future-istic kind of humming noise. As the object got further away the lights were blinking rather then shining straight like a spotlight....It sure did not look like any airplane I have ever seen before.

I live in Holland, MI...few minutes from the lake. Four of my friends, and one of my friends dad, and I heard that Sunday night was one of the best nights to see shooting stars, due to the new moon..or what not. So we went to Holland's airport, and laid on the airstrip.

We went around 10:30 and saw the usual shooting stars. It was approximately, I'd say 11:00, when I saw this object. I was laying perpendicular with the runway, parallel with Lake MI, facing North, with my back to Lake Macatawa.

While laying there, to the right of me, to the east, I see this purple/light blue object streak across the sky, but going parallel on a downward angle towards the earth, at arms length, it was about 2 hands horizontal from the tree line. The object was a fingernail in size at arms length, it left a trail in the sky, for about 5 secs, but the object shot across the sky for about 5 secs also...the disappeared. It streaked across the sky from North to South.

It was the most amazing thing I have seen, yet. My friends dad said it was a shooting star, just closer to earth, than the others. I don't know what it was, but I want to find out. It was incredible. I don't know if this could be potential info for anything, but maybe you could figure out what it was.

Thanks
Kyle

Message: I was driving to Lanihau shopping center just off Henry St. I had stopped on Henry St. heading Mauka (East) so my vehicle was stopped waiting to turn left to the shopping center.
Suddenly I saw a bright greenish blue ball object heading West to East. It had a tail that followed and a rounded head. It almost looked like a firework flare but it was up...way up in the heavens. I was hoping to see it head further. It seems to be traveling as a meteor does but slower, and easy to follow because of its brightness. Suddenly it sort of "poofed" and disappeared into the darkness but for a brief moment it left a small fragment of itself in the sky (maybe an even smaller one as well).

It was an amazing sight. Bigger than a meteor and slower. Bright and greenish/blue in color and then the "poof".

This report comes in from Ct:

I grew up in Yorktown and have experience a lot of supernatural stuff there, especially at the Yorktown battlefields. One time me and my friend drove down to Yorktown beach in the middle of the night, we were bored and there is really nothing to do there.

So we parked by the bar down there and walked by to the cave, at that time I hadn't been there in years so I was shocked to see that they put up a metal gate on the entrance to the cave. I was complaining about when we started to hear drums, like battle drums above us on the cliffs where the battlefield was.

I thought maybe they were practicing a re-enactment, but then we heard what sounded like canon fire, a very loud booming sound and then what sounded like fire-crackers going off. And my friend was like, "I don't think they practice that stuff at night especially one in the morning". Then the noises started to get louder, and we got freaked out and we hauled ass out of there. And when we passed the battlefields to leave, we saw no one out there.

It will be interesting to see what happens with the data after China maps "every inch" of the moon. What is the likely hood of China sharing information of a huge find. Would they be more open than they USA or less open? Would they share it with the world or would they use it to only benefit their government? I know that the US government has a habit of not even sharing it's finds with it's own citizens right away. Why should we think China would be any different?

Now, I hope China will share all of it's data with the world, even if there isn't anything unusual up there. Do I expect them to? No. If our own government won't why should they be expected to.

In from an anonymous source.

Ever since I can remember, I have seen and heard things. The chilling sound of whispers or the feeling of a ghostly hand. When I was 10, I lived in this house behind Clids market in Chiloquin. Well, I got woken up by the sounds of slippers, dragging across the floor, going back and forth, by the foot of my bed. Everyone was asleep so I knew it wasn't my family. I also remember my sister telling me about how she used to play dolls with a little girl, that never talked. The thing is about that was the only other little girl in that house was my baby sister and she was just born. No one could ever explain these things to me. But I did hear, that an old lady did die in that house.

"T" gets credit for this sighting, thanks.

I was sitting on my deck on the night of Friday, August 10, 2007, at approximately 10:15 p.m., talking on the phone with a friend who lives in San Angelo, Texas. I live near Tyler, Texas.

I noticed pinpoints of light, similar in size to the stars, moving in irregular patterns; some faster than others. This was not the first time I have seen these lights, but it was the first time that my husband was home. I called him to come outside.

I told my friend to look to the east/northeast sky so she could see them, too. Though I could not measure distance, it was apparent these pinpoints of light were not within our atmosphere. My husband came out to look, he saw one and then went back inside. My friend and I, however, continued to watch.

One of the lights would appear in one place, track slowly and irregularly off in a northeasterly direction and seemingly disappear. After a few minutes, it would reappear in the same 'starting' spot and track off in a slightly different direction. After about 10 minutes, there was a very bright flash and about a second later, one of the pinpoint lights was going very rapidly across the sky from the direction of the bright flash as its starting point. After the fast one flew its course, another and then another of the slower ones appeared; one seemed to make some kind of turn because the light of it intensified about 10 times briefly before it turned again and became the 'normal' amount of light.

My friend made a sound of surprise and said "Did you see that?!" I told her I didn't see anything different and she said "No, it's something huge and it looked like it let out a pink cloud-looking stuff like an emission system or something." We continued to watch the pinpoints of light move. The most I saw at one time was 4 or 5.

About 5 minutes after my friend's exclamation, something HUGE passed overhead. I cannot accurately measure the distance of it, I can say that it was flying lower than the airplanes fly. It appeared to be a very dark grey color and, had someone not been watching, it likely would have passed completely undetected. It made no sound at all. it showed no lights that I could see. The shape of it is difficult to describe, but it was somewhat the shape of a boomerang; more accurately (and this is the only way I can accurately describe it), imagine that you are looking up watching a hawk on a wind current. Remove the head of the hawk and all portions of the body below the wings: that is what this huge thing looked like.

If I am anywhere close to judging the size of it, based on how close it appeared it might be, I would say it that each side had to have been about the length of a football field.

It was though it was just gliding through the air. As I said, no sound at all. There were no lights showing, either.

When I described it to my friend on the phone, she said that was exactly the large thing she had seen that had emitted the pink "cloud."

I don't know what any of that was. As I said, it is not the first time that I've watch the pinpoints of light move randomly and slowly. It was however, the first time I had seen the huge thing.

I would be interested in knowing if anyone else saw anything last night, 8.10.07 between approximately 10:15 p.m. and 11:30 p.m. and possibly knows what it is that the pinpoint lights I've been watching for quie I've been seeingan

I created a few buttons to pass around. Plus I have added more results to the Indian and Alien name generators. It's much easier to post your name to your blog or myspace now, as well.

The next project is to create a werewolf generator. Suggestions of possible combinations very welcome.

Event date: 08/06/2007

Time of occurrence: between 10:30 P.M. and 11:00 P.M.
Location: Southwest Arkansas (approx. 10 miles south of Texarkana)

A friend and I were sitting on his front patio conversing when over his shoulder I saw a somewhat red/white light appear above the horizon in the eastern/southeastern sky moving at a 45 degree angle and then the light became a series of 3-4 white rectangular lights that appeared in a stepwise fashion, each bright light burning for a second and fading. My friend could tell from my reaction to the initial lights that something was unusual, so he turned in time to see the last couple of bright lights burning/fading. We were astonished and confused. He said, “Maybe it was fireworks.” I disagreed. Within seconds another series of 3-4 bright white rectangular lights burned in a periodic, stepwise manner further north in the sky. This scenario continued with the lights sometimes burning at angles, thus appearing diamond shaped, sometimes flatter and rectangular. One time the lights appeared and did not fade before the next appeared; this left an angled series of five or six bright, white, diamond-shaped lights that illuminated and faded in 2-3 seconds.

Star-like points of light also appeared and remained illuminated for long stretches of time as they moved in random paths in the sky. It was difficult to determine how many of these points of light were moving simultaneously in different parts of the night sky, but I would estimate four at one point. The aforementioned large, bright, white lights seemed to originate from these point of light, which were like fast moving stars. The points of light would change direction haphazardly. I was watching one of these points of light that appeared in the direction of Cassiopeia and headed southward in the sky very quickly when my friend said there was another further south moving toward yet another one that was slowly moving, then seemed to become stationary as the other light approached it; these two lights converged and disappeared for a split second only to reappear as a single bright, white light that moved away very fast.

There were airplanes in the clear sky on this evening, and they were easy to distinguish with their flashing red lights and straight paths in the sky. It was difficult to gauge the distance to these lights against the night sky, however the distance seemed significant from our perspective. One of these starlike points moved so rapidly across the sky it had to have been moving extremely fast and been a little closer, but it was the tiniest pinpoint of light and still seemed quite a distance away. We had an open view to much of the horizon, and the activity occurred in a range from the horizon to approximately 30-40 degrees above the horizon. After we had witnessed a few of these lights I went upstairs to get my friend’s wife and her sister to have them witness these lights. They stuck their heads out the upstairs window and saw a round and said, “Cool,” then returned to their movie, not as impressed as we were.

My friend is an agriculture pilot in that area; I am a Registered Nurse, with multiple science degrees and way too many generic science classes taken over the years. We are not crazy; we were not intoxicated; and I would hesitate to tell too many people. But we did see these unusual things in the sky, and I am sure there’s some rational governmental explanation, and I would love to hear it!

Message: My boyfriend and I were driving home when he stopped the car and backed up. He said he thought he saw something weird in the sky. When we backed up we both saw this floating flame-like object traveling at a moderate speed (not very quickly, but not just creeping along either). It was over our heads for a couple minutes maybe, and I got a very good look at it.

We really couldn't imagine what it could have been. It just looked like a very large flame - not like a fireball, but more elongated -- but I couldn't see anything attached to it. We watched it go off into the distance and then seemingly disappear. We then drove in the direction it went, to a small airport. The sky was clear there, and once we arrived we thought we saw it again in the distance (where we had first seen it!) it disappeared though, and we couldn't be sure.

My boyfriend is a pilot, and he seemed convinced that the thing we saw in the distance wasn't a plane. So we just sat there for awhile, more than 5 minutes are so just looking around, and then my boyfriend drew my attention to the sky directly above our car. I saw a bright flash of white light, which seemed very high - much much higher than any of the planes that were in the sky - which then dimmed to just a pinpoint of light. We watched the light move through the sky and disappear.

My boyfriend said he was watching this dim light move through the sky - a satellite maybe - when it suddenly became very bright - that's when i looked up and saw it. He said it was almost like it had shined a light on us. It was definitely a bizarre series of events. It's very strange to read that others have also seen a "fiery" mass moving in the sky! We thought it may have been a meteor or something like that, but it honestly didn't look like it could have been to me. It was very low in the sky, the flame, and moved relatively slowly and would disappear and reappear it seemed.

Thank you Allison, for this new info.
