Name: Kenneth T. Conner

Date: March, 1972; 11:30PM

Location: Warrnambool,Victoria, Aust.

Message: I was walking after preparing for my teaching the next morning. Very clear, quiet night. I saw two lights which appeared to be following the coast.

I thought it strange they were so low as the nearest airport was nearly 11 miles away. It then dawned on me that there was no sound. I stopped and began to watch carefully.

One shape suddenly lifted in a tilted manner, moved to the left and was above the other for perhaps 10-15 sec. It then returned to its pattern and they continued on following the coast.

As they were nearly past me, the thing that remains the most vivid is the sound of wailing dogs in the night. The sound of the dogs followed them till they were out of sight.

The size and shape were nothing of note. Whitish light and round to oval in shape. When the one shape tilted up I could see very clearly that it was a single form.

I had nothing to relate the shapes to, scale-wise. Thank You. This has been with me for many years and I’ve kept this to myself. Writing the above reminds me just how vivid this is in my memory.

Kenneth T. Conner

PS: I told nobody of this except a very old neighbor of mine. She went to her bedroom and brought out a scrapbook of sightings in the “Western District” of Victoria, Australia that went back 40 or more years.
