Date of Sighting: 10/04/2009 around 9pm

Location of Sighting: bowers beach near frederica delaware, kent county, usa

Shape(s) of UFO(s): looked like a star

Size(s) of UFO(s): about the size or a star

Color(s) of UFO(s): really bright white in the middle with a red light around it

Number of UFO(s): 1

Distance of UFO(s) in sky: higher then an airplane would fly

Direction of Travel for UFO(s): after hovering it went up into the sky

Other Known Object(s) (For possible reference, or contrast): not available

Further Description of Sighting: my boyfriend and i were on our way to bowers beach where he proposed to me. before we got their i seen a bright light in the sky and it caught my eye.

after i stared at it and realized i have no explination what it is i stopped my car and ask him what is that in the sky?? he told me to take a picture with my camera.

as i went to get my camera and get out to take a picture it went very fast into the sky and gone.. we stared at it for a good 3 to 6 mins.

it was higher then a plane would be and it just hoverd. it was brighter then a star but the same color in the middle with a bright red light around it.

the light would fade in real bright and fade out.and it was quiet. we both felt fear and could not stop talking or thinking about it. i dont know why but i almost felt like it was watchin me.
