hi, i have been having abduction problems ever single night since i was ten years old (I'm 20 now) i remember all the encounters and i always record them. i don't lose time which i find odd because most people lose time when abducted... i don't know how i get on board the craft(s) but all that happens is that every night at 1:00am in the morning sharp my whole room goes white the walls go so bright your eyes burn if you look at it, then the white lights fade and i am on board a craft with about 5-10 beings surrounding me. they usually don't use there mouth to talk i can hear what they say in my mind. i am not able to move at all during this time on the craft the only thing i can move are my eyes. they do many things to me when I'm on board like:
1. drill holes in my teeth with some type of laser
2. they sometimes use needles and inject a piece of metal (or implant)
3. they take samples of skin, heart, lungs and liver but they only take microscopic pieces
4. they take hair samples
5. they use lazes and make tiny holes in my arms and then when blood drips out they put it in some sort of a tube
6. they usually put 10-23 implants in me every month
those are some things i remember i remember more gory things they have done but i don't really feel like telling those things. i haven't gotten 5 hours sleep in at least 10 years. but ill trace back to the start...... i was 9 years old and on my birthday i went outside and i saw a massive craft, it was a shapethat doesn't even exist, like a cross between a triangle a square and a hexagon. it was doing impossible turns and twists through the sky, it was moving at impossible speeds as well. i told my mom and she didn't believe me, i had countless sightings from that point on. 1 year later i turned 10 and only 1 month after my birthday i would hear things outside. i would hide under my covers and then all the noises would stop..... i would take the sheets off my head and i would find myself being looked at by about 12-14 beings. they wouldn't do big tests.. they would only look at my limbs and take hair samples. they never did anything very scary until i was 14. when i turned 14 i had 300 pages of my UFO encounters. like i said before i record ALL of them. on every page i had about 15-22 encounters written down. and 1 month after my birthday the encounters got worse and worse. they started drilling holes in my teeth, cutting of big pieces of flesh from my arms and legs. they would take more hair samples, finger nail samples and they would take samples form my heart liver and lungs as i said before. they would start putting implants into me. countless implants that just seem to disapeare after about 1 week. by the time i turned 20 (half a year ago) i have about 6 markings that look like they have been burned on the flesh and i have 5 implants in my body i have had 10 other implants removed but those went missing. like they disappeared without a trace the encounters get worse and worse. i don't know what to do anymore because i don't get enough sleep for me to function.
is any of this happening to other people? and do you have any advice for me?

I have done more than "seen any strange objects." I have been there. This is my story.
My name is Isabelle, and I am a survivor of an alien encounter. Three weeks ago, I was outside swimming late at night when I noticed a bright flash deep in the woods behind my house. I ignored it, and continued swimming. That changed my life.
Suddenly everything went black. I don't know how long I was unconscious, but when I came to, I was lying face-down in a dark room. I was surrounded by other people of all different backgrounds and ages. As the other people started to wake up, a bright light suddenly came on, blinding us momentarily. It was crazy, and I kept pinching myself to see if I was awake, but its true. The alien identified himself as a "Grey" and asked us to create an alliance with them. Somehow, they can time travel, and they found out that the "Draconians" are planning to return to "Terra" to reclaim what they believe is rightfully theirs. They seemed so genuine, that we agreed to help them. After a few moments of celebration, the leader came forward and called for silence. He told us, in an almost threatening manner, that under no circumstances could we come into contact with the Draconians, or the alliance would be off. Apparently they can brainwash humans into fighting for their cause of Universal Domination. The urgency in the alien's mind-voice was enough to convince us. Suddenly everything went black again.
I woke up in my own bed, still in my bikini, to the sound of pounding at my front door. After quickly throwing on a bathrobe, I opened the door and found myself faced with three intimidating men in suits. They identified themselves as government employees investigating a disturbance in the woods the night before. Scared and insecure, I invited them in. They interrogated me about any contact with aliens I might have had, and where I had been last night. I was so scared, so I denied it all. I said I hadn't seen or talked to anything.
